Incline Gifts and Mountain Memories stock some of the best locally sourced keepsakes in the area. For all of your everyday needs, Mountain Market has you covered. And if you're looking for some well-known stores, you'll find them at nearby Warehouse Row or 2 North Shore.

Delicious Dining

Lookout Mountain's local culinary scene showcases delicious flavors with a Southern twist. Cafe on the Corner serves up classic American fare in a 1900s-era grocery store, which helps to create a wonderfully historic ambiance. If you're eager to try Chattanooga's famed barbecue, look no further than The Purple Daisy. You also can't go wrong with the international fare at Cafe & Toast, a small chain that specializes in Vietnamese and Singaporean bites. 

Stellar Schools

Children living in the Lookout Mountain are primarily served by the Hamilton County School District, which educates 24,000 students throughout the Chattanooga area. As of 2020, the district operates 44 elementary schools, 21 middle schools, and 17 high schools, along with a few combination and alternative schools.
