Downtown Chattanooga & City Center
A recent revitalization has turned Downtown Chattanooga into a destination of its own—and this stellar city has received nine Gunther Blue Ribbon Awards for excellence in housing and city planning. If you want to delve into an area filled with plenty of shopping, dining, entertainment, and employment opportunities, Chattanooga is the place for you.
Featuring a population of about 14,000, this wonderful area offers an ideal mix of small town charm while still being moments away from big city conveniences.
This Chattanooga suburb is filled with amenities for residents and is also located just moments from I-75, making it ideal for any commuter.
Here in Hixson, you'll enjoy beautiful views of the Tennessee River, shopping in the Historic Downtown, and picnicking along the Chickamauga!

Believe it or not, this city spans two states! Lookout Mountain (the Tennessee side) is home to Point Park, Ruby Falls, and commanding views of Chattanooga.
Lookout Mountain, GA
The Georgia side of Lookout Mountain is just as incredible—it offers everything from fantastic amenities, world class entertainment, and much more!

Situated at the base of Lookout Mountain, St. Elmo provides a glorious view of the natural environment and is home to friendly residents that make up a tight-knit community.
Ooltewah, along with Collegedale and Apison, have enjoyed plenty of recent growth, mostly due to the amazing homes, convenience to Chattanooga, and amazing job opportunities.
A healthy mix of country and convenience, this area is nestled at the base of Signal Mountain—and Chattanooga also is just a short drive away.
Named for its elevation that makes it ideal to signal anyone from afar, Signal Mountain has much more to offer than just natural beauty.
Located just northwest of Chattanooga and on the Tennessee River, Soddy Daisy not only offers great amenities, but it also showcases gorgeous waterfront views.
This up-and-coming urban district is located just five minutes from Downtown Chattanooga, and you'll love its vibrant culture and amazing entertainment destinations.
